The initial session provides an opportunity to discuss motivations and symptoms hindering well-being. Throughout the therapeutic process, we'll address contributing factors, develop self-regulation tools, and work on transforming habits, managing emotions, regulating responses, changing negative thought patterns, and enhancing your skill set.
